All cakes and confectionery are freshly baked in my own kitchen using the best quality ingredients available so they taste as good as they look. Locally sourced ingredients are used as well as organic or Fairtrade, wherever possible. Why not choose a different delicious flavour for each tier!

Chocolate Fudge & Hazelnut
Indulgent dark chocolate mud cake (is it a brownie or is it a cake!) – definitely one for the chocolate lovers.  This is layered with a roasted hazelnut praline ganache laced with hazelnut liqueur.

Chocolate Orange
A moist orange sponge, drizzled with a tangy orange syrup and filled with a rich chocolate ganache buttercream

Italian Lemon 
Light and zesty lemon sponge drizzled with Limoncello syrup, layered with lemon curd and Limoncello buttercream

Spiced Carrot & Pecan 
A lightly spiced moist carrot and pecan cake layered with passionfruit curd and vanilla buttercream

Pistachio Raspberry & Rose Petal
A fragrant pistachio sponge layered with raspberry buttercream and rose petal jelly

Raspberry & Vanilla
A moist raspberry sponge filled with creamy vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry conserve

Marmalade Vodka Fruit Cake
A rich, indulgent fruit cake filled with apricots, cranberries, crystallised ginger and plump vine fruits soaked in Chase Distillery Marmalade Vodka

Chocolate Mud
A rich chocolate mud cake layered with a luxurious chocolate truffle ganache.  Add a dash of Baileys Irish Cream for a truly indulgent treat.

Salted Caramel
A moist caramel sponge layered with salted caramel sauce and chocolate truffle ganache

Delicate Prosecco sponge layered with Peach & Prosecco conserve and Prosecco Buttercream

Pink Grapefruit Gin
A moist pink grapefruit zest sponge drizzled with pink grapefruit gin syrup and filled with a gin and tonic buttercream

White Chocolate & Raspberry
White chocolate mud cake layered with raspberry coulis and fruity raspberry buttercream

Cherry Bakewell
A luxury almond sponge layered with Morello cherry conserve and Amaretto buttercream

Strawberry & Champagne
A classic vanilla sponge drizzled with a Champagne syrup, layered with Strawberry & Champagne conserve and champagne buttercream
