Breaking away from traditional wedding cake design, I love working with couples who aren’t afraid to break boundaries and explore different techniques.  With an emphasis on modern minimalism my passion is for creating contemporary, design-led, edible pieces of cake art that create a timeless combination of delicate sugar flowers with textured or hand-painted surfaces.

The cake looked spectacular!

Sue was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a very clear idea as to the theme of our wedding but little idea as to how to style the cake in order to suit the decor of our beautiful venue, Burgh Island Hotel. Sue helped us immensely, she had many beautiful ideas and we managed to create a bespoke design that would not only suit the location but also befit our wedding. On the day, well what can I say?  It looked spectacular and was a hit with all of our guests.  My new husband and I couldn’t recommend Sue any higher.
